"Hydromassage machines are almost never available"
It feels like every time I go, the hydromassage beds are either already taken or, actually, more often they’re just out of order. And when I finally do get one, it’ll stop halfway through or start acting weird. I wouldn’t really plan my visit around using them because most of the time it’s just not worth the hassle.

"Tried the hydromassage bed once, but it didn’t..."
Tried the hydromassage bed once, but it didn’t feel clean. Wipes were empty, area looked neglected, and I just got uncomfortable. Left sooner than planned.

"Kind of a pain to set up"
Setting this up was more annoying than I expected. I kept thinking I was missing something, but no, it just felt harder to use than it needed to be. And then once I finally got into it, the customization options felt limited, which was frustrating because I wanted to tweak things a bit more. It’s not the worst thing ever, but the whole experience was just kind of clunky

"Pretty sure this is exactly what my back needed"
I used it after work when my lower back was acting up, and it felt way better afterward. I already had a feeling something like this would help because my back always responds well to a good massage, and this kind of confirmed it for me. The pressure is strong enough to feel like it’s actually doing something, but not so intense that it’s uncomfortable.

"I’ll give it this: the massage..."
I’ll give it this: the massage was comfy and definitely helped me chill out a bit after work, which I seriously needed. But some of the settings were way too light for me, like barely-there light, and I kept thinking, “Okay… is it doing anything?” It also took me a little while to get used to how it works. Not a bad experience overall, just not the amazing deep massage I was hoping for
